Cancellation!!!
Clients have 48 hours before there appt to cancel. If the appt is canceled within that 48hr time frame we will charge your card 50% of the appt cost, including deposit fee. Bridal services have 90 days prior to wedding.
Late Policy.
If you are expecting to be late please note that we will not be able to affect other clients appointments. We won’t be able to service you past 15 minutes. Please plan properly and for any possible delays. After the 15 minutes we will charge your card 50% the cost of the appt. After 3 late instances you will no longer be able to book. Onsite services timing is particularly scheduled, late fees apply according to contract.
When booking!
Please be sure to book the proper appts! Please read description of services and add on other services you’ll need. If you are having trouble with this, please reach out and we will be sure to sort it. Each appt has a minimum requirement of 20% deposit due, applicable to actual appt total. Please sign chemical waiver form prior to receiving any chemical services and send back as a file to 440-650-2780

When booking for extensions please note the following
Any new client must have a consultation done prior to scheduling and appt, if one is made without a consultation it will be canceled.
If you have hair extensions from a different brand, we are not responsible for the quality and life span. Any damage will not be our responsibility.
Foreign hair requires booking under "Foreign Move Up”
Client intake form needs to be signed and sent as a file to 440-650-2780
Care forms are available as well for clients to read and provide education for the client.
After consultation please allow 2-3 weeks for hair order to be placed and received.
Please NO KIDS, our salon carries hot tools, sharp objects, etc.
If a fix of a hair extension is needed. Please reach out within 3 days, and have it fixed within those 3 days.
Once leaving our salon, any adjustments (requested by client) are going to be at an additional fee.
